Subprocessors
The third parties that process data on Errorgap's behalf to deliver the service. Customer-enabled integrations are only engaged when you connect them.
01Overview
Errorgap uses a small set of subprocessors to host, secure, and operate the service. Each is bound by data-protection terms consistent with our Privacy Policy and DPA. The tables below list the vendor, what they do, the data they touch, and their region.
02Infrastructure
Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts the managed offering, with its own SOC 2 / ISO 27001 attestations.
| Vendor | Purpose | Data | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| AWS (compute & RDS) | Managed PostgreSQL and application compute; primary datastore for account and service data. | All account & service data | US East (Ohio) · us-east-2 |
| Amazon S3 | Uploaded images, data exports, and session-replay snapshots.Engaged only when these features are used | Attachments, exports, snapshots | US East (Ohio) · us-east-2 |

04Customer-enabled integrations
These third parties only receive data when you explicitly connect them, and only the data needed for the action you configure. Revoke a connection at any time to stop future sharing.
| Vendor | Engaged when | Data | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| GitHub / GitLab | You connect source control or issue creation. | Issue bodies, stack context you choose to send | Optional |
| Jira | You connect issue tracking. | Issue content | Optional |

| Webhooks | You configure delivery to your own HTTP endpoint. | Event payloads you configure | Optional |
| AI summaries (LLM) | You trigger an AI "Summarize" on an incident. The model runs on Errorgap-managed infrastructure by default; a third-party LLM is engaged only if your organization configures one.Off by default; never automatic | On demand |
